Lisa K. Hamm, President:
Lisa K. Hamm is an internationally known educator and communicator. She is the founder and superintendent of the Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy and the founder of ROAR Education.
Guyton Mathews, BA, M.Ed:
Mr. Guyton Mathews currently serves as the Principal of The Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy. Mr. Mathews spent the first fifteen years of his educational career in public education serving as an elementary school teacher, a high school history teacher, a middle school track coach, and a K-8 assistant principal.

David Speers, MA:
As a youth David Speers was learning disabled, a below average student and had a hearing disability. Now M. David Speers is an internationally known speaker, working with leaders in international schools to other organizations. David is known for his expertise in teaching Staff Development, Motivational Leadership and Teambuilding.
Doing What Works School Conference:
Participate in two exhilarating days of “Doing What Works” in schools. Have you ever wondered which school practices are the best practices for you? Hear great speakers and performers share best practices and ideas that you can implement immediately in your school. Register for this conference and be well on your ways of developing and sustaining an “Excellent” school. The next Doing What Works School Conference will be held on January 2, 2008.
School Leadership Summit:
School leadership today requires a complex array of skills and a vast amount of knowledge that can be applied in day to day operations. Get away from your school environment for one day with other school leaders to build your capacity a school leader and gain resources that will dramatically raise your effectiveness. The next School Leadership Summit will be held on January 2, 2008.
Boot Camp for Teachers:
Do you have the confidence that all teachers in your school are effectively prepared for the year’s teaching challenges? There is a way that all administrators can have that confidence. Enroll anyone at your school working with students in “Boot Camp for Teachers.” This 3 day conference will be an exhilarating experience for all. Teachers will become more confident and will be able to implement best practices in the classroom.

Entry Year Teachers Program:
Do you have new teachers or teachers with 2 year provisional licenses that need a quality professional development program? Our coaches have the tools to provide this program or to help you, as instructional leader of your school to provide it yourself.
Coaching Teachers at All Levels:
You should never allow the teachers in your school to feel they know all they need to know as a teacher. All teachers should be ongoing learners and should be committed to continuous growth. Do you have a program that enables this growth to occur? If not, you need coaching in this area. Let our coaches help you.
School Roles and Responsibilities:
As a school leader how do you know if each person in each role is operating effectively? There is a way you can know. What if you know you have people that are not operating effectively and you do not know how to help them improve? Are they making constant mistakes but you don’t know how to fix the situation? This most assuredly is impacting the effectiveness of your environment and you or your team members may need coaching in this area.
Strategies for Raising Academic Achievement:
Are you aware of the school wide factors and instructional strategies that need to be in place in your school to raise academic achievement? Do you know how to develop tools that help implement these strategies? If not, just ask for a coach and we will show you how.
